The first week of April was a busy one for me, as I represented two buyers who closed on units at the fabled 945 East Broadway development.
Retired Rosscommon Health Care executive, Robert Nolan, purchased Unit 9, a 2200sf penthouse featuring three bedrooms, three baths, direct elevator access, and two garage spaces for $1.3 million.
Unit 4 was purchased by an insurance executive and his wife, who are moving into the "Hood" from Milton Ma. Unit 4, a Philadelphia Style three bedroom, three bath condominium also has elevator access and two car garage parking. It went for $1.2 million. Both parties will be moving into their new digs in May.
